spin time in natural surroundings today, find balance with nature ~ in a park, at the shore, in your own sacred grove... even if you see only one tree in an asphalt jungle, take time in communion. allow the sun to purify you, or the rains to cleanse you, taking you away from all ambitions, hopes, doubts, fears in this total communion. be open, playful, enchanted and enchanting. become again whole, become again One.... at times, humans can forget that they are an integral part of nature ~ let not that human be you ~ your inner nature is identical with the nature of the universe. becoming intimate with nature is becoming intimate with your inner self.... being kind to yourself is being kind to nature; being kind to nature, to mother earth, to the universe, is being kind to yourself.
