Laugh today:
a funny little man garbed in patchwork and bells backed through my back door this morning, spun gleefully around, bells a-ringing, and shouted "Ta-daaa!" i chuckled at this Shakespearean vision saying "good morrow, good jester."
"i am also known as fool" he replied, "and know many things. being thus, i am a sugjester of things. today i sugjest that you laugh... laugh low, laugh loudly, laugh heartily; at the antics of a kitten, or a child, or the absurdity of the unexpected. please do not find humour at the expense of others, but laugh at fear to drive it away, laugh in the midst of tragedy to change perspective, laugh at nothing, but laugh. laughter is a contagious medicine and can heal the energies inside and out.... then look upon the face of the unknown and laugh with it ~ laughing with the unknown portends an exceedingly happy future."
as he left, he threw rocks at me which turned into flower petals, and i laughed with joy.
