true nourishment feeds the entire being. nourish the physical body, yes, with deep breath and food that supports the system; nourish the body of the mind too, with elegant and positive thought and communication; and nourish the spiritual body with inspiration and truth. and know, remember, that true achievement, fulfillment, and enlightenment come when you provide nourishment for others as well as for self.
