it's a perfect day to try some new perspectives on for size. like trying on new shoes. some you have and hang onto because they feel familiar may not serve you anymore. try new ones on today. some may look very chic but hurt your feet. some may feel comfortable but won't endure. if you open up, are conscious and aware, you will know which are the correct shoes, the correct perspectives, to serve you as you progress and grow. if they fit well, even if your choice is to go barefoot in the sand, you will then walk the path of life with confidence, humility, positive intentions and a compassionate heart...

while i sat in the misty morn of a stormy nite, a Druid Bard of ancient acquaintance appeared saying,
"Continue to celebrate for we roll into Beltane! Celebrate the union of Goddess and God, Mother and Father, Conception and Action; rapt and wrapped in the spirit of  sensual, spiritual, universal Love,...." then he drew a 5 pointed star in the dirt and continued,
"This represents the passage of Venus in the Celestial Sea, the calling of the Goddess of Love. Let me tell you of the lost ritual of Beltane ~ after two fires representing the Two and for good luck (which i now prophecy for all), we light three more: one at the top to signify the sacred heights reached in this melding of Two into One, and two at the bottom to represent the issue springing from this Union; the seeds produced to carry on the cycles of life. In the center is the Tree, symbol of that which each of us is and of which each of us is a part. We, the Children of Life, dance between these points around the tree in joy, celebration and abandon.... We are, all of us, the seeds of this dance of Universal Love. Let us carry it with us as we grow, and sow it deeply that flowers of hope, understanding and wisdom may blossom in love in the hearts of all ~ in the Heart of Creation."

after lengths and lengths of questing, searching and retracing on this twisting, turning, sometimes swirlingly surreal watercolor path you are traveling, it has finally straightened out a bit bringing clarity of direction and solid footing on which to progress. it might take a short while yet to get to that light you see, and you may have to traverse more shadows of darkness; but given the right perspective this will help you dispel the mental conflict of duality. remember, once you reach this point of light, this point of enlightenment, epiphany, or attainment of worldly desire, the path will continue from there.... ancient mystics consider the light as the last obstacle to enlightenment, so do not merely step into the light, rather merge with it, become part of it thereby lifting the last veil which hides the Spirit. then carry this with you on the continuing path.

focusing on centering in the present is a good idea at any time, and particularly today. if you find yourself overwhelmed with thoughts of what was and stories of what might be if such and such happens or doesn't happen, feeling like you need to take a different path.... dispense with the stories of past and future and sit in the present for a moment. all these events of past or yet to come will stay in the path of infinity but you now sit at the center of that path, where infinity overlaps our sense of present moment. from this center point, allow the birth of new ideas, new endeavors to come into being. see what action needs to be taken, now, at this point in time. keep infinity rolling around you and take encouragement from its path to go forward from here with faith in yourself and right action, bringing hope and confidence to your present inner peace.

today’s divination is, with all respect, a resurrection. this particular divination, originally posted on March 21, was brought back into my awareness yesterday by two friends unknown to each other: one, seeing it for the first time,  one telling me she referred to it almost daily. then, this morning’s divination amazingly offered 3 identical cards drawn in the older one. and, it’s Easter, a time to honour enlightened teachings of love. one need not be a Seer to recognize these as signs, so i resurrect this one with an addition: being in the consciousness of love, is living in love…

∞ be in love with your life today. ask not, in dismay, "what am i getting out of this life?" rather ask, "what am i putting into this life?" the love with which you fill your heart at this time can be a candle illuminating the darkest of recesses. offer it universally without thought of return; yet, lo, it shall return, greater than before ∞

from Seraphim to Thee: know that you are supported on your path by the gift of your own higher self. protection is always at hand in the wisdom you possess... if your path is beset with darkness, do not surrender to it, rather release yourself into it and shine your own beatific light to show the way, like unto the Moon beaming thru'. in this illumination you may change direction or not according to your will, but either way count each step as a blessing and shy not away; for each step taken in this light leads you to freedom of self. do not expect nor coerce others to follow this path of light you have opened, but if they do, honour that friendship, play in the combined light and become the answer to each other's prayers.

Temperance ~ the alchemical act of blending or combining elements to achieve balance. mystics know that balance is a matter of fact ~ it is up to us to perceive and assimilate into our lives.
search within today: if you find fear, realize much of fear is illusory and balance it with courage held deep inside, allowing you to face fear and vanquish it. if you find lack, temper it with visions of abundance. if you find stagnation, balance with creativity and integrating new experiences. if you find you give too much, balance with open hearted receiving....
Temperance achieved says: harmony and successful unions will arise.

a dragonfly arrived today, plying the grasses with gossamer wings. she spoke of flight in harmony with the belief in flight. she did not push against the winds but flowed in flexibility with the wafting breeze. peace and contentment graced the flowers watching her as they vowed to emulate her passage....
