let energy flow into you today. energy surrounds you, from the whisper of a hummingbird's wings, to the ripple of a river, to the great winds that wend and waft clouds. allow it to flow into you like sweet luxurious honey, golden and pure. energy is not of itself either 'good' or 'bad'; it is pure essence of life. how it is used is what determines the quality. take it fully in and mold it, as the winds do the clouds, into something beautiful to behold. let it revive you, replenish you, and reclaim your strength. then, release it to wondrous action in the world, like welcome rain to thirsty flowers.
